Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between Rabbit SaaS Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17004211), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ ("we", "us", "Rabbit SaaS"), and you ("Customer", "you"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the RabbitStatus monitoring platform (the "Service").

2. Accounts and Identity

  • 2.1 Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • 2.2 Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • 2.3 Identity Verification: We reserve the right to verify the identity of our customers in accordance with UK anti-money laundering and corporate transparency regulations.

3. Subscription and Fees

  • 3.1 Free Tier: We may offer a free tier with limited functionality. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free tier at any time without notice.
  • 3.2 Pro Tier ($19/Month): The Pro Tier is a paid subscription service billed monthly in advance. The fee is $19.00 USD (or equivalent in your local currency) per month.
  • 3.3 Taxes: All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which will be added to your bill where legally required based on your location.
  • 3.4 Payment Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to store your payment method and automatically charge the subscription fee on each renewal date until you cancel.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • 4.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
  • 4.2 Consumer Cooling-Off Period (UK/EU Consumers): If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of initial sign-up for a full refund.
  • 4.3 Business Customers: No refunds are provided for partial months unless explicitly agreed by us.

5. Intellectual Property

We own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the RabbitStatus software, API, and documentation. You retain ownership of your monitoring logs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Free Tier users liability is limited to £1.00. Pro Tier liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
