Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Effective Date: February 10, 2026
Applicability: This SLA applies only to Pro Tier users.
1. Uptime Commitment
Rabbit SaaS Limited guarantees that the RabbitStatus Service will be available 99.9% of the time in any given calendar month ("Uptime Guarantee").
2. Service Credits
If we fail to meet the Uptime Guarantee, you are eligible for Service Credits based on the duration of the outage.
3. Exclusions
- Scheduled maintenance (with 24h notice).
- Force Majeure events (e.g., AWS region outage, war, flood).
- Issues with your own equipment or internet connection.
4. Claims
To receive a credit, you must email support@rabbitsaas.com within 30 days of the incident.
